Although you may have tossed your leopard print belt circa 2005, animal prints are making a comeback, in a different way. Instead of the outdated style of covering whole articles of clothing in one animal print, clothing companies are celebrating the animals themselves through embroidery and patches. This fun trend has made its appearance more than once on the runway, but since I can’t even afford to breathe, here’s my cheaper, yet trendy look.

I bought this jacket from my *favorite* antique store in Providence, RI called Nostalgia. The jacket is originally from this Etsy shop. Check it out!

I believe the 90s jean jacket underwent a little renovation before it ended up in my hands. The buttons and panther detail definitely make it a statement piece, and, even better, one of a kind.

I’m not one of those people that absolutely has to match metals, however I just happened to have the perfect golden accessories. The golden block heels pictured above are from DollsKill, I paired them with tights since it’s still cold in Massachusetts.

It would be a crime if I didn’t wear these earrings, it’s not often you happen to have two golden cat-related items. These tiger earrings (I believe these are tigers) I bought from the Science Boutique  during the Bust Magazine craft fair in Boston, MA.

Here’s me, reminding you to have fun with your clothes, spend less money, and, of course, make more art.
